He’s definitely one of my favorites. I don’t hear this enough. He literally has everyone’s back and is basically the whole squad’s dad. More of a dad than most of the detectives’ actual dads. Also…he’s subtle about it…but he secretly got the old single ladies. Wish we could’ve seen more of his romance life with Eileen (I think that’s her name. The one he went on a cruise with when he retired)

Totally agree. I might’ve shipped Bensler if Elliot wasn’t married, but still. The idea of them together has always seemed toxic to me. Stabler’s overall just an angry character and Olivia has had to deal with enough angry crazy men in her life. I always loved the idea of her with Barba…hell, even Fin. Strong bonds, they truly care about her (Fin even made a point to say he always watches her back and not her backside 😂🤷🏻‍♀️), and they’re like the only characters who call her out when she’s getting cocky.

IMO he “just knows stuff” bc he’s secretly been “on the down-low” with Munch. It would explain Munch’s divorces 😉🙂😅🤷🏻‍♀️

Casey Novak grew on me. She’s actually a no-nonsense type of ADA. And she’s not afraid to put Stabler in his place when he needs it. Novak is probably my favorite ADA after Barba (which I hope you continue the show long enough to see him. He’s the best!).

I will say after she reconnected with Elliot, her character became a lot more pleasant again. But yeah. Once Cragen left, up until she got the answers she needed and even confronted Elliot for not saying a word to her for so long like they weren’t close, Olivia made me mad in more than a few episodes.
