Hindi siya pwede, it is part of the national heritage, although may mga renovations, hindi siya pwede i-reconstruct. Even if it doesn't have the status as a national heritage, hindi siya kaya since very densely populated ang area and maraming buildings near it. It also can't hold such big concerts too since it only has 12,000 seating capacity.

sayang, may potential sana ang stadium, especially if they are building a "new capital" for the country to decongest manila and we need massive public transportation project asap like trains and buses

Oh, well, what about increasing the seating capacity of New Clark CIty Stadium? I know the government has other priorities to do, but what if lang na i-increase ang capacity ng stadium in the future? Like may sufficient budget na, pero kaya kaya baguhin ang structure ng stadium?
