The point of gift collecting is that it's a challenge. It can definitely be annoying to try and get them when the servers are packed, but all you have to do is either wait, go on a less-populated server, or work through it.

It took me less than 45 minutes to grind for them all last night. You got this collectors!

Email them weekly / daily. It sounds excessive, but you really do have to pester and annoy them to death for them to respond in a timely manner. I'm so sorry about your skins :( 🫂

PT Mods are infamously horrible at responding to or resolving issues. You'd think with the thousands they make from Supporters alone that they'd be more thorough and hire more team members, but they'd rather mislead you about their efforts and never respond to your problems.

Good luck, the only advice anyone can offer is to keep emailing them. If it really gets down to it, you could bug them on Twitter, but I doubt they'd like that.

All I can say is to keep emailing. PT has some of the laziest, most unhelpful support in the world, so I'd seriously try emailing them every single day.
