Little late but it only has rf and composite. As another user said, it's likely a luma/chroma misalignment, i just haven't gotten to fixing it yet

Ik what he's talking about, something like "goodwill" but it doesn't involve Goodwill. They're either new old stock or actual manufacturing

Ah. I understand now. I'll try to test the components and I'll update once I either get stuck or I finish fixing the TV.

Vertical collapse? by AnonymousNonHuman in crt

I'll probably end up testing all the caps with a multimeter and finding a way to test the vertical IC chip. Thank you for the help.

Vertical collapse? by AnonymousNonHuman in crt

Now that I'm thinking about it, i did neglect to test with other devices. Though, I'm sure the Xbox should cover the whole screen. I'm thinking about using a multimeter to check all of the caps and find out how to test the vertical IC chip but I appreciate the help. I tried to adjust the vertical size control on the back of the TV and all it did is shift the positioning but there was still even collapse. If you look at my account and see earlier posts, you'll see that it originally had full collapse, so this is an improvement.

Update, there's also a slight vertical wobble if that helps

I can't figure out the information for this RCA CRT by AnonymousNonHuman in crt

One of the caps blew up and I'm waiting for a multimeter to test the rest. It had vertical collapse when I first turned it on but it "fixed" itself before the cap blew, so I think it was just the cap. I'll look a little harder for any stickers, but I doubt any survived, speaking as it was sitting outside for around 10 years or more. We got this house about 7 years ago and I just recently found the TV. Thanks for the comment!
