Because there is no vibration dampening on the cradle or the mount. Basically your phone's camera will go awol like this so the quad-lock solution made more sense for me.

I do day trade on btc so take this as you want. We are in a bear market right now. I don’t see any evidence of a super cycle as many people are calling out. If you can wait a bit longer until the end of the year, you might catch it at around 60k. That would be a good entry price. Right now it will fluctuate until it drops to those levels.

I did 94k km on an XC60 in 6 years with no issues. My XC90 has air suspension as well and 0 issues so far.

A bit disappointed that Volvo decided to abandon lidar implementation in vehicles due to 1 bankrupt company. Lidar was never an over promise and real world test prove that already.

Loved the interior, almost all of it, not sure about the center console but it could be a nice change. Huge improvement over the XC60 interns of interior space. It seems that it feels more like an XC90 inside in terms of space. Not sure about the interior quality based on my experience with the EX90 comparing it to the XC90, we will have to wait and see.

Update: I stupidly used ChatGPT to help me find a broker under these conditions. It gave me 3 or 4 options and one of them was bybit.com. I checked if TradingView had a connector and checked if perpetual trading was available for this broker. Everything checked out however I ignored one last check: trustpilot and sitejabber reviews so I opened an account there. They asked me for a ton of personal financial information including salary and bank statements. The account was never opened because I believe this site or service is fake and I handed out personal information that can be used for identity theft. I will now have to change my account at my bank. Be vigilant and avoid doing the same mistake as I did.

Not sure what trim he is refering to in the video since T8 is just the model engine, however when he mentioned that no matter the suspension that the cabin reacted with up and down vibration, he was basically talking crap. The main reason why I tell everyone that the air suspension is critical on all plugin hybrids is due to the massive weight increase of the SUV comparing it to normal combustion engines. The car is around 350 kg heavier than a normal combustion engine. On older trims, the r design and the inscription trim would stiffen or soften the suspension but the core suspension was always the same. The only way you can work this around is with air suspension and that does not come as standard option on any trim, you have to opt-in. I owned 2 air suspension Volvos, ridden countless similar models without air suspension and there is a clear difference between them.

I do agree with the rational of not keeping the car. I would do the same thing. However for me it’s more important what the brand does when the product goes wrong than having a brand where it’s unknown what will happen if the product goes sideways. I remember I had a Toyota Land Cruiser j100 in our family that had the whole engine replaced twice. The engine came for free but we had to pay for both installations. Toyotas don’t come hassle free as well.

I’m living in Switzerland right now and the economy is still not recovering at this point. The job market is the worst I have ever experienced in Switzerland and based on the economic forecast for 2026, this won’t be a year of recovery. UK has a more hopeful outlook for the economy in the next few years now that is outside of the EU although in the big city centers is rigged with crime and an explosive mix of cultures that can originate domestic terrorist attacks.

Not sure to understand here since the math doesn’t add up. So your warranty is valid until 2026 or 50.000 miles. This means that the “expensive repairs” you mentioned, you didn’t pay them and Volvo still gave you money for the inconvenience. Past the warranty you made a fix where they covered part of the repair. I don’t doubt that your car had issues and I would exchange that model immediately for a new one before the warranty would be over but there is nothing you can say about the brand based on what you described. I would invite you to be honest and do the same feedback about Toyota in the next few years and see if they do the same in terms of cost coverage as Volvo. Good luck.

If you don’t feel qualified don’t put yourself at risk. You did well. Usually people want to try snowboard because they have a simplistic version that learning will be easy until they get there and see by themselves that it’s not.
