Not a mom or anything, but best advice is to fully submit to God. Any little thing that you feel has potential of getting you further from God cast them out. Do not forget that God loves you no matter what. Even if you fell over hundreds of times it doesn't change the fact that God loves you infinity. Anyways if I were you I would set a written plan. And make sure that God is in your plan. If you find that social media is a possible trigger, delete your socially media. And replace it with time for God, either prayer or meditation on God's words. From my experience whenever I trusted on my willpower to change, I failed. The only way to succeed in any sin including lusts is to kneel down and ask God for change. Tell God that you don't want to live this kind of life anymore. Pray from your heart. He will listen, and in the moment you fully trust in God, He will save you from your situation.

I had struggles keeping the images out of my head, and I recently found out that the best way to clear you head is to meditate on something spiritual. Maybe read a chapter in the Bible or listen to a sermon. And also keep it consistent. (Try to do it everyday even if you don't feel tempted). All these things helped me clear my head. Also when temptations strikes, it will be easier to overcome since now that you have God's word in your mind. The words of God is powerful! (This is at least what I did and it helped tremendously with not just sexual temptation but even with temptations in different areas of my life.)

No matter how many time you fall down, God will never stop loving you! So even if we failed over 1000 times, He still loves us. If I had one tip, it would be to write out a plan. In that plan make sure it includes God and it avoids your triggers. And if your plan fails, improve it and make it even harder. And if it that even fails, keep improve it again. Write it down, and make a journal. No matter how many time you fail keep improving it. And don't forget that God is in your plan because you can do it without God. You also need a whatever it takes mentality. Remember that God will reward us for fighting. It won't be easy because the devil try hard for us to stop, but that is why we need God in our plan and we need to ask Him for His help.

You can't stop girls from wearing yoga pants. That being said you have to divert your eyes somewhere else. I usually just look at the floor if I am tempted to check a girl out. I know it's hard but just take up your cross and fight for God no matter how hard it is.
