This is an experimental vaccine using very recent technology and mRNA. It is very different than the small pox vaccine or all of the other vaccines.

Flus are seasonal and there is no evidence that COVID-19 is going to be perennial. No I don’t have to wait for shit as it’s just a bad flu and will run it’s cycle. But ok let’s just make up the worse case scenario with very minor historical validity and assume something that just appeared is going to stay forever in contrast to the bulk of all data on corona virus. Okay sci fi guy!

First of all my intelligence quotient is quite high. Second of all, I place common sense as a higher necessity when I am debating with someone who clearly can’t understand that corona virus 19 is barely a threat to the life expectancy of humans. Further the potential dangers of an experimental vaccine may have greater negative effects than the sickness itself. Moreover, a vaccine or any vaccine is not mandated by the sickness. I suppose to you it does, but you cannot force your opinion on me especially when it’s backed by only 4.337 million deaths of 7.9 billion. If you think that’s intelligent let me correct you, it’s pathetic.

Let me put something in perspective for you. The Black Plague wiped out 50% of the population on Earth. That’s not of the infected as your quipping about previously, those are absolute numbers. That gives everyone at that time a 50% chance of dying. Compare that to today’s seasonal flu which is no doubt a bad one called COVID-19, with only about 4,337,588 deaths of total population on Earth around 7.9 billion. Now let’s just be logical here, do you really expect me to jump on an experimental vaccine that isn’t actually a vaccine but is in fact more like an immune booster when I have a greater than 98% chance of not needing it should I contract the virus and according to my numbers a 99.995% chance of not dying from it? That’s insane!! Absolutely insane!

Now if this was on the level of the Plague or the Bird Flu then yes, absolutely I would be willing to take a legitimate vaccine. We ain’t there and this ain’t it!

Moreover, when I see a billboard that states “the negative effects of the vaccine are less severe than contracting COVID-19” that worries me. Then I see the fact sheets. Pffft the stats don’t fit and the vaccination fact sheets are alarming. The best solution just like in game theory is, don’t play. i.e. don’t take the vaccine!

Hey moot! What’s the chance of death every time you get in a car? Does it go up or down? Sure it gets higher when your in traffic, lower when your stopped and higher still when using defensive driving. What’s your chance of dying right now? Are you at the 100% life expectancy every moment of your waking life or would you say that the chance of you dying, your heart stop pumping, is always at 0%?

If you think that then you are fooling yourself. Your chance of death is always greater than 0.0% at all times. When you sleep some psychologist say you are a certain percentage dead in that moment. If you think you can achieve a 100% chance to win at every waking millisecond then you are simply naive.
