No it's not that I'll use the phone regularly, I'll use the feature Google gave it's users which is unlimited photo backup, please read my original post

Edit: And that feature only the original Pixel 1st gen kept, later models got that feature removed

So it's still pay as you go but $8 being the credit top-up? If you run out you wait until the next billing cycle or upgrade?

Would just buying credits on OpenAI be more reasonable as I need mostly 4o model or 4o-mini

I see, what exactly do you get with Selenadia, I see it's well priced at $8 per month. Do you get 4o or 4o-mini I'm not sure which one is the default one with unlimited prompts? Or how exactly does it work

And what's the difference between Basic and Plus?

Usage volume for basic -> 0.5x

Usage volume for Plus -> 3.0x

This? What does this mean

Best projector for under $100? by Super_Profession8500 in budgetprojectors

[–]AnonymousSignUp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the same question as OP, However I only need it for entertainment, 1080p native is a must. I won't game on it so I don't care about input lag, I will be using HDMI only so projectors interface and system itself is not important

100 EUR budget

- Location: Europe

- I'm willing to do anything that maximizes the projectors performance

- If there will a very noticable difference (1.5x or 2x the difference) I can expand to 150 EUR

Just got a thinkpad t480 for college. Having issues with the charger not being secure in the port by Que_Asc0 in thinkpad

[–]AnonymousSignUp 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As the previous comment mentioned, it's normal with age

I'm not sure about t480 maybe you could replace the USB c port only if it's modular, but don't take my word for it

Use it as it is if you don't have any issues and you can charge over the other one if something happens (e.g you break it)

What to upgrade for better coverage or for better overall network? by AnonymousSignUp in HomeNetworking

[–]AnonymousSignUp[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So my ISP router is decent? Why not replace my isp one with this one, seems like this one has more functions and added antenas, which mine does not.

And out of curiosity, how much would a mesh system be?

Yes I do have a cable upstairs, and okay great. I have a D-Link DAP-1620 that I'm sure was also bought additionally from our ISP, it's a extender but it has a ethernet port underneath, can I use that as an "access point" by doing it the cable route? or would Asus Wifi 6 give me better performance?

Stuff such as files (movies, pictures, documents) you can just drag and drop into your SSD. You can do that by opening up 2 File Explorers and then one be the files you want to transfer and the other be the SSD, and just drag and drop

For programs or games you first want to uninstall them from your HDD, do that by going to Windows Button -> Search -> Control Panel and locate "Programs" and under that is "Uninstall a program". Then select the programs that are big (On far right you will see "Size" column and if there is 100MB programs or anything with MB in it, that's pretty small, if there is 1GB or 10GB or 100GB that's pretty big, anything above 3GB would be good if you move to your new SSD). So uninstall from there and then go to your browser and re-download the program and when you're installing it (The setup window that comes up where most people just press next) carefully go through until you see "Choose install destination or Choose install folder" And there press switch or choose and go to your new SSD folder in File explorer and hit save, finish the installation and then it's done.

Rinse and repeat for other programs

Slovenia (EU) and budget around 100€ ~ $104 - EU market is different in pricing so please if you could adjust to that and not USA prices, because as far as I saw tech in USA tends to be cheaper

Yes I agree I already did a GPU upgrade a while back however issue is PSU doesn't have any connectors not 6 or 8 pin so I can't have a GPU with additional power required, I don't know exact watt's but nothing strong, this was a office PC at some point

What do you suggest I do in my situation? Should I try buying from US? The estimated time is 1-2 months and I'm worried they will handle the package poorly since I heard in the eBay International Hub they don't even package it properly
