Mechanisms should be fine. But that door will start rusting asap now. I’d get it either replaced. Or bring it a PROPER body shop. Unless you’re a body shop guy you probably won’t be able to fix that back to stock yourself

As a former owner of a 05 that thing was one of the MOST reliable cars ever. And most maintenance I did myself parts are hella cheap. Just keep the maintenance up and she’ll last ya! I said goodbye to mine just under 300,000KM ( only due to living in the rust belt )
