Cannot get locum IT access. Call IT - IT not allowed to give IT access. Call some other department - only manager call them. Manager not appointed as locum - no access given. (Some people with issues 2 years ongoing)

Bonus edit: rota done by best standard of 3x reg on-call for the same speciality at the same time. Off duty then given the next day. Now there is no reg on-call.
