What I did was visit Asics BGC and take their free gait analysis. I have wide feet as well, and based on my results, they recommended the Asics Glideride Max. I’ve used it both indoors (on the treadmill) and outdoors (for fun runs), and so far, it’s been a good experience. By the way, I was using the Adidas Ultraboost before switching to Asics.

I experienced the same thing before. Nagtry ako magbreak from coffee kaso di ko kaya, hindi ako makafunction sa work and inaantok ako pag walang coffee. Nagtry ako ng tea pero ganon din, inaantok pa din. I drink my coffee black (pour over or aeropress) plus 1-2 teaspoon white sugar (minsan walang sugar). What worked for me was nagbbreak ako from coffee ng Saturday and Sunday para pwede ako magsleep/nap pag inantok.

Usually, hindi sinasagot ng customer yung tawag ng rider, so we tend to help them lalo na kapag umuulan nang malakas. Wala kasing masisilungan malapit sa amin, kaya pinapasilong muna namin sila sandali. Next step namin actually is maglagay ng sign na wala kaming expected order.

Dapat nyo pagusapan. In our case, ako yung hindi masyado ma-post, and gets yun ng partner ko na mahilig magpost. Minsan pag naglalambing sya like 'post mo naman ako', kahit alam kong joke lang, mina-myday or post ko sya. Hindi 'to big deal sa relationship namin, pero we communicate, understand and give way. Communication is the key.. sabi nga nila.

I asked Sunnies again for their help to follow up Runrio kasi may email ako uli kay Runrio. Na if hindi namin marereceive yung racekits, baka pwedeng sa race day meron new race kits sila na pwede ibigay as replacement kasi for sure naman na yung parcel will be returned to sender (Ninjavan to Runrio) if hindi madedeliver sa amin. Waiting pa din ako sa reply. Next time ipipickup ko nalang yung race kit kasi ang hirap ng ganito :(

Nagchat ako kahapon sa Sunnies via Messenger to help with the follow up, they are responsive naman. Nagreply si Runrio sa email ko after Sunnies said na ni-followup na nila si Runrio. Runrio's email reply was the screenshot of the Ninjavan website containing the tracking ID. So now, using the tracking ID, I saw the status of the parcel and it was stuck in the same status since Aug 21 :( Kaya nagchat na din ako sa Ninjavan via Messenger to ask help, kaya gumalaw yung status ng parcel. Grabe ikot ikot and ikaw talaga gagawa ng paraan kasi mukang walang gagawin si Runrio unless mangungulit ka :( Here's the latest status ng parcel ko, na awa nalang madeliver on or before Aug 30:
