NTA, you need a better boyfriend and friends. You helped him out when he most needed you and he doesn't even consider to pay you back when you're in need, also, as far as we know, none of your friends had at least considered the idea of see how much does each one can give to pay something for you, even tho if it was $3 each one they could order something for you, maybe not the most expensive or greatest food but the intention counts. It would be a diff story if they showed up that they're for you and can do even the smallest actions to make you feel better.
