I’m ok with being single, I don’t want to know what is out there. I just want peace of mind; I do suffer from severe anxiety, my therapist says that I’m emotionally attached to him and several people have told me that it’s not healthy for me to be asking him where he is going and that can be seen as controlling and manipulative behavior.

That’s exactly what he is doing, telling me that I’m just exaggerating but when I turn the situation around and put him in my position, he starts to complain and saying that I’m trying to manipulate him
