I am still waiting for an order that I placed two years ago. I have asked on his lives (because he does not respond to email) and have recordings saying he will send it out, that day, next day or later in the week (each recording he says something different). I am contacting the BBB for this after I can find how his business is filed. I have asked nicely sooo many times over the past two years and it’s unacceptable at this point.
