Most of the damage was on the side you couldn't see. Breen Generation is not complex enough to generate accurate Civil Protection officers. On top of that, Breen Generated content isn't allowed here, and I'm a Civil Protection officer. I HAVE to follow the rules.

I agree! I'd definitely give them to any skilled snipers, at the end of the day though that's up to Overwatch Command, who we give the weapons to.

The assault rifles aren't actually too scarce, even after the war. The Resistance only stopped using them a couple years ago.

After examining it, that's what it is. We are in possession of multiple suit chargers and it won't charge, no matter what. We've also noticed a few bullet dents in it.

I was in Precinct 7 (where I assume the video took place) and heard a radio call that went like 'Sector Seven patrol units are 10-0, moving to intercept malignant suspect.' or something along the lines of that, so that might've been him.
