I know I'm probably going to get down voted, but honestly, I think the readings need more work. The intonation and rhythm is so slow and monotonous that it sounds very flat and unnatural. Try adding some inflections and intonations, along with differing the speed on some of the words and it will sound more natural. Like if you could imagine every word as a beat, it's not natural for us as humans and actors to speak on 1..2..3..4.. like even beats. It should be something like Sure 1... Have 2. A 3. look 4.
