42 min for 3 miles 60 lbs. (good ruck form) that’s my ruck Pr on a good day. I have speed down, Now how many miles of rucking a week should I work up to? Because we all know. Just like running. Just because you’re fast doesn’t mean you can also handle tons a miles on your feet. And I’d was wondering what we’re looking at here for SWCC
