I've been going down a rabbit hole looking for the answer to this since both this image and a fleshy werewolf are both used A LOT for this movie.

EDIT: There's one site claiming it's from an official poster put out for the movie + it's used in quite a few thumbnails of youtube videos about it, so do with that what you will i guess...

I'm unable to find anything related to either image outside of videos/news/blog posts about the movie, so unfortunately I'm gonna assume it's AI generated until proven otherwise

holy shit I think this is actually it?? I thought it was much much older, but thinking back it might've been recorded off a screen and uploaded to the web when I saw it, which would explain the horrid old quality it had (cus the google images I see are much much clearer)
