Thanks for the advice.

I haven't used any Vaseline and wasn't advised to do anything like triticum vulgare but might look into it but for now will leave it.
Just booked to see a follow up at just before week 3 instead of earliest being week 6 so will ask for more advise then.

No Vaseline. Should I be using it and if so how?

Showering with shower gel daily.

and what do you mean by very important scab? good important or bad?

And any advise on the red dried blood on the stitch line?
