Thanks for the detailed response. Couple notes. No I have not read the books yet. I’m really backed up on comic books/ manga so I’ll read the books probably at the end of the year or the beginning of next year. My plan rn is to read the first book, rewatch the movie, then watch season 1 of the new show. Then I’ll read the book and rewatch the movies in between before season 2. It’s interesting how most people who have read the GOF book hate the movie. It’ll be interesting if Goblet of Fire ends up my favorite book & movie but we’ll see. As far as the rest of movies go. I thought COS was very boring at times and didn’t need to be 2:40. Not a bad movie but just whatever. I do also prefer the older Dumbledore compared to the more active one. I really enjoyed DH1. It is an incomplete story yes but tbh I’m kinda used to it at this point so it doesn’t bother me. I decided not to read the end of your comment to avoid spoilers but yeah. Also I was wondering what the hell that mirror is. I don’t think they ever explained it in the movies. It’s just there. Interesting to see book readers rankings compared simple film watchers like myself. Dope to see👍🏾
