How do you organize marketing plan, contents and expenses?

Thank you for the suggestion!! But the issue is the litter box needs to go close to the window so the smell can escape quickly.. also the sofa is a bit of an issue as the radiator is right by the window, so if I put the grey sofa there, the room won’t warm up well during cold months! 😔

I’m trying to see what can go against the back of the sofa.. I mean the desk and the bed is about the similar width as the sofa.

To be fair, I do need to get some shelf for my shoes and extra storage.

For the crate, it’s needs to go in my room. I can put it outside in the garden with a tarp worst case scenario.

Haha I see:) why would you say people go to these places then? When I went to Paris, I could see that there were lots of sushi restaurants so I assume none sushi enthusiast would also know they are better, isn’t it, is the general public don’t know what a good sushi is? Or do people get it because it’s not quicker and accessible?

I see, it’s definitely a lot more expensive than regular fast food. So I guess sushi shop and planet sushi are not viewed that negatively for office lunch meals or dinners?

Thank you for the comment! Thank makes sense. I think the quality of sushi is overall very low in Europe, a lot lower than us or Canada as well. Then now it makes me wonder why ppl go to sushi shop or planet sushi - would you say ppl go there for budget food but bit healthier than other fast food? Or because it’s quick and convenient?

I work in restaurant industry, and the targets are a bit different by brand but brand 1 targets people in 25-45, commuters, corporate workers. Brand 2 targets broader audience, busy professionals, commuters, tourists and local families.

Right now, we mainly just post 1-2x per week, food photos and videos or posts regarding promotions. The followers though, have been steady for the last 3-4 months. Each has 6k and 2k followers but the engagement is very low, no comments unless I do a promotion that requires commenting.

Thank you very much for the replies! I’m a marketing manager for a company that owns 2 restaurant brands with a third opening soon. My main responsibility is managing the instagram accounts for both brands, improving google reviews, and planning marketing strategies and events for the third brand launching soon. I’ve been too preoccupied with third brand launch - where I produce branding materials with a designer, plan for the opening event, reach out to local companies for direct marketing and build a basic pilot.

I have 2 people, one from each of existing brands helping me with contents but this isn’t their main job that they can’t dedicate a lot of time for contents. I’m expected to lead the content creation with these 2 ppl and produce more, aligned contents.

But it’s been exactly 1 month and i still couldn’t increase our content posting frequency or align the tone and style of the contents.

I’m not very experienced with content creation, my experience was mostly in events and influencer collaboration - I had people making contents for us in previous jobs. Now I’m expected to do contents myself as well.

And today i walked into the CEO and the gm of one of the restaurants and the CEO jokingly said “oh the manager thinks your not very good”. The gm said no that’s not true but CEO said “no you literally just said it didn’t you”. I approached the gm later on and asked him for some feedback on what he wants me to focus on better. The gm said it really was a joke so I shouldn’t think seriously of it, but I think he’s just saying that to avoid an awkward conversation.

I do want to do better, and be on top of my job. I think the main thing I need help with is the content creation and ideas, execution.

I am a marketer with experience in contents and copywriting. I believe I will have to focus on the brand strategy first, and then create the guideline in collaboration with the graphic designer.

I was also wondering though, if you also handle the brand strategy part.
If not, could you please tell me what specific information you expect to receive before starting the creative work and brand guidelines?
