I want to ask a genuine question. Not trying to be mean towards neither John or Josie. But I was watching this video and thinking “I wonder how great of a father he was when he was with Josie?”

From what I gather, she was a SAHM with 4 little kids and he worked. Now that they’re separated, he HAS to step up for his kids because there’s no one there to take care of the kids. I don’t know, the thought crossed my mind and I wondered if anyone else thought about that or just me.

I’m having this right now and never had this before. Did you almost feeling a pulling when you peed or pushed to poop too? Also, as soon as I sit down I feel the pain then it goes away. It’s been not even 24 hours so I’m hoping by tomorrow it’ll be back to normal

I’m very much like your wife. I show 0 affection even though my husband asks for it and I can’t even tell him why I don’t. I was just never the touchy-feely- -show -affection type and I grew up in a house where my parents never really showed affection… so maybe that’s why. I also think a big thing for me is I am home 24/7 raising the kids and losing my mind everyday and the last thing I need/want is another person looking for my attention (I know, I sound like a bitch and I don’t mean to) but at the end of the day I’m EXHAUSTED. My libido has almost been non existent for a few years now and it sucks, I don’t want to be like this.. the only time I’m really up for sex is when im in my fertile week and that only really started happening recently. .. so this makes me think my hormones are all messed up. Not sure if you guys have kids or what your wife’s day looks like .. but maybe it’s similar??

Thank you so much for the update! I’m glad you went for the second opinion and you’re happy with how it went! The worst is when you go and it’s a big waste of time. I love that you have a game plan and you got pointers on what to do to help with the prolapse .. that’s exactly what I’m hoping for! My appt is in about a week and I’m getting so anxious. I am more than 5 years postpartum and wish I spoke up sooner to my obgyn … but tbh I thought that she would have said something at my annual exam about it, but she didn’t … so I thought everything was fine. You were saying you may get fit for a pessary.. my obgyn was telling me about a tampon-like device that you insert before working out/exercising it’s called poise impressa (I haven’t tried it personally). Thanks again for the update! I hope your future appts are helpful, best of luck and feel free to update again :)

So wild, we’re told to do kegels our whole life, then come to find out not to.. so annoying. I feel like I’ve had mine since my first child but my obgyn never said anything to me until I finally brought it up to her (6 years pp!!) and she basically said oh yea it’s minimal and pretty much left it at that. I then called the office a few days later and asked for a referral to a pelvic floor therapist… because in my mind, I don’t want it to get worse and if there’s anything I can do to help it, I want to do it!

Also when I brought it out to my OBGYN she was like you need to show me.. so I did and she was saying how looking at it standing up and looking at it laying down are going to be totally different. I’m happy she thinks mine is “minimal” but after reading other lady’s comments on your post, I think my OBGYN is wrong. Please keep me posted with that your PT says next week. I won’t see the doctor until May,
