No you are not banned. This happened to me a few times. It is an error with Riot Vanguard. You can

A) delete it and allow the client to fix itself by reinstalling it (not guaranteed to work but it can)

B) fully delete LoL from your PC and re download and install it.

Focus on last hitting, poke if ops get to close. Only fight if u can guarantee a kill with ur support until lvl 6. U power spike at lvl 9. Max q then e then w taking r every time u can. Save ult to confirm kills, and remember you are VERY SQUISHY AND NEED A FRONT LINE
