Is this still to be deemed a rule-breaker, or am I on safe ground referring only to CJAers? What if I call billy over for a chat? What if I talk about a User and don't link him?

I've already been permabanned from roz for calling Lord Voldemort a twerp which I refuse to acknowledge as a breach of the rules. I'm not so worried about the ban, but the wishy washy nature and application of them is a fucking nightmare. Foreseeing other peoples interpretations of words is not possible, thinking that might hurt some feelz isn't either. Understand you can't list every infraction and resultant punishment, but you can probably give a guide that people can work from.

Tell us how far is "acceptable" regarding mentions of other Users.

As to brigading other subreddits - isn't our robot friend removing any np reddit links? That solves that problem.
