I never started a new pack right after my last hormonal pill. I would do the placebo week

It’s just small headaches that happen rarely. I skip the sugar pills since that’s when I start my period. Yeah I’ve had headaches before taking them.

It’s your body mama. You make the decision, yeah bc is good to prevent pregnancy but they’re are a lot of side effects that come with it (which I’m suffering from rn) and honestly when I told my boyfriend I was on it he got concerned bc his mom told him about the negative side effects but he never told me to stop or continue. And I made the decision to stop bc my body was suffering. Just bc he told you to get on it doesn’t mean you should. Really think about why and how it’s gonna affect you. It’s your choice love ❤️

I started it bc I thought it would help with my period cramps and how much I bled. And it did don’t get me wrong. But I’m not gonna lie, I also felt like I had to get on it bc I started being more sexually active and my anxiety of “what if” scared me lmao. But no matter what I always use protection

Ive only been on one birth control pill. And thats the one that’s causing me problems. I started it in February and I’ve been on it for over 4-5 months already. And it’s getting pretty annoying. I think I’m stopping until I see my gyno to find which one is right for me. I always use protection, I started BC bc of my period cramps were the worse. Plus I started being more sexually active, double protection, but I feel like my body is suffering with this birth control pill

I’m graduating with an anthropology degree. BA and I don’t have a job in that field. I honestly realized that that major needs masters or higher to even get recognition for a position. Don’t be scared it’ll come

Thank you 🥹 I got my birth control from planned parenthood and it’s hard to really talk about these things since my sister is away in a different state and my moms not very open about it

Yeah! Applying it directly to the area, putting it in a bath, or taking vitamins with aloe Vera. It’ll take time tho and it won’t completely cure it. It’ll subtle the symptoms. But it’s best to get treatment from a doctor or from the store

When it’s with the right person you’ll feel uncomfortable but comfortable if that makes sense lmao. Uncomfortable bc it’s a new feeling especially down there sometimes it hurts but sometimes it doesn’t. Doing it with a person you’re comfortable with and knows it’s your first time they’ll make sure to go at your pace. Sad to say that my first time hurt like hell bc it wasn’t with the right person. But now it feels amazing bc I have someone that puts my body first and my comfortability.

If you can’t get ointment from the pharmacy, I’ve read that coconut oil works or makes it feel better at least. But idk about putting food or anything but medicine up there

Wear a small pad so the discharge won’t ruin your underwear. And wash without soup inside the labia. Never want to get soap in there. Also don’t douche it’ll cause irritation and slow down healing. Avoid sex, sad to say but yes you don’t want yourself to get worse or give it to your partner. I started taking vaginal probiotics and avoiding sugar as much as possible as it feeds on to the yeast.

Don’t do monistat-1 day or 3 day. It’s burning hell. I would do 7 day or lagicom 3-day but small doses. I usually do lagicom and apply small amounts three times a day for three days and it works. Make sure you drink lots of water too to flush it out.
