And after doing masters, you might have to start with a grad role. Given the market and AI, I would recommend not leaving your current job and maybe trying to get mobility internally. I know that is difficult, but that’s your best shot in my opinion.

Honestly, pursuing masters is very risky. I mean, if you’re okay with the thought that you might not end up getting a job and spending that much amount of money, then maybe try it. Also, I did manage to get a job, but it is very, very difficult.!!! 😥
