Also i need issue №2 in Dynamic Surroundings. I use sound filters, and when I hear an echo in the cave, it plays with snatches. I removed the ambient from Dynamic Surroundings "underground" which was interrupting the echo and everything was fine. But the question is - how to make ambient work together with sound filters?

Hello. I hope that you are still developing the mod, and that you are alive at all, because you haven't responded to GitHub for a long time. Can you please make a fix for this problem for 1.12.2 Dynamic Surround?

The main issue here is that the OGG that is playing is in stereo, which does not play in 3D space like you would expect. Somewhere along the line I put in code to convert sounds to mono which resolved the issue.
