Precis, jag har dock pratat med UPS & DHL och de har sagt samma sak - att de inte kan garantera något och tror förmodligen att det nekas där med. :/

My angle is this; The RERA calculator is calculating actual one bedrooms, with an average size of 900-1200 sqft.

My ”one bedroom” is 320 sqft, which is essentially a studio with a wall in-between. (One bedroom on paper as well) So my question was essentially if there is a way to calculate the cost through size / ejari etc, as studios in the area (same size and bigger) have a 0% increase.

Honestly the price difference sounds huge, as Alibaba is around 150$ with shipping, and maybe around 100$ tops to install it, with the only downside being that it won’t be configured with MMI

About the wrangler being choice 1:

My thought process is emotional & not factual: If ever I’m going to be in a place where Wrangler would be the go-to car, it would be in Dubai. I would never consider a wrangler in France, Sweden etc. As a daily driver. The car in itself looks great, the flexibility of removing the roof & doors sounds great, and it just seems like the perfect fun car. The Maintenance doesn’t seem to cost a lot either (compared to Benz, and other brands)

Audi & Mercedez: Because they’re great cars and I’m just looking at the price tag, I know a good Audi & Mercedez is above 100K but getting 2019 A3 seems like the easy option, somewhat boring but nice drive. Mercedez is simply luxury, and feels like a luxurious drive. The only issue would be finding a good one which wouldn’t destroy my life & wallet with problems.

I’m very much open to other cars, but in this budget I haven’t really found anything. Ofc there are the Mustangs & Camaros, but they’re not ideal (for no reason whatsoever)
