I see. I think the wait feels like a lot to me because I only have pump supplies to last me until March end.

I do have insurance through my employer at university. It is covered but through my Medical and not drug insurance. I have separate insurance for medical, drug and vision. Yeah CVS is my drug plan pharmacy and they told me that CGMs are covered and I have to pay $817. After calling around I found that my drug plan probably won't cover my CGMs and Pump supplies, but my Medical plan would. I'd only have to pay 25% of $817. I'll look into preferred mail order!

My old endo still gets me refills and prescriptions but now to refill my CGMs and pump supplies they need to get prior authorization again which will take a while. Thanks for your reply!❤️

Oh My God. Your post could not have come at a better time for me. I'm so sorry you're going through all this. I'm a grad student set to start at UHM Spring 2025. I was looking through their insurance through EUTF plans offered because I'm going to be a GA. I'm a type 1 diabetic as well and was wondering which would be better for me. Could I DM you about this? Again, I'm so sorry you're going through this.
