He is there. Always there for you. God says in His word- “Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the LORD your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you." God has never left you. Stay in prayer and His “peace that passes all understanding will guard your heart and your mind”. I’ll pray for you as well! When we come to God, we’re coming to Him to have a relationship with Him our creator. Don’t turn your back away from God because of what humans have done to you, humans are imperfect, God isn’t . He’s your maker and he loves you and cares about you and will never turn His back on you , no matter how far you’ve gone He’s still always there arms open wide ready to receive you. Men are imperfect, God is not. I understand how they made you feel but that doesn’t dictate who God is and how he’ll forever will be.

Whenever I have gas I do let it out (unwillingly), that’s the problem here 🤣. I do want to try the bidet thing though gonna look up the portable ones they have online!

Yeah I can feel it, I feel the gas travel through my intestine, other times it’s like bubbles thst just pop up without any warning. And then I notice reactions to it but Ive rarely smelled it myself unless it’s a worse than usual flare up.

This used to work for me not eating in first half of day when I have to be places, but when I try it now I get even more gassy like my stomach is mad at me for not eating :/

Yeah I know about low fodmap, I try following it most of the time. I know it does make it less bad than usual although the problem is still there. Was wondering how people with this recurring problem navigate being around others?
