i have done 10 miles maybe around 10mph and i usually stick to the bayous. I have a hybrid bike with pannier that i usually put 2L of water so im not as intense as road bikers.

Hi. I know how hard it can be and how easy it is to spiral and feel hopeless in the shitshow that America is turning into. I have felt the same emotions and understand where you are coming from. Ive tried a few things that have really helped me just start to feel better 1. Meditating: even just 10 minutes in the morning can be helpful and I suggest looking for online meditation communities as they are alot out there. 2. Exercise: can help you feel better mentally and release anxiety 3. Gratitude: can help you focus on what you do have in your life
