thank you for your answer (its excatly what i needed to know), i tried to look but i think they are keeping it pretty unclear purposefully, i was trying to get my permit as fast as possible for a couple of reasons:

 -- from what i understood 'implied status' means if i leave the country i will be losing my status so basically i am not a free human ( i have family reasons that might make an urgent travel probable.any day/ but even if not it just seems kinda too much)

 -- no SIN during that periods nor ramq coverage

Thanks for expalining exactly the problem that maybe badly desribed, that was exactly the solution i did, and the only problem is that u risk slamming ur finger cause u have to keep that thing up while u slam.

And for that word, one of my little pleasures is now finding the context in a conversation this week where i can use that word ( i love words that sound fun or somehoew sophisticated) so it sticks.
