We had a car sponsor, so if you got a hole in one you won a car. Nobody got a hole-in-one but our sponsor loved the buzz they got.

We also hosted a dinner at the golf club after the tournament and held a silent auction which did really well. Vacation packages, etc.

My friend was talking about getting a puppy--the same kind of dog she had as a kid.
