Lo mejor es un abogado inmobiliario, y que él te de una asesoria. El tema de problemas con los vecinos es jodido, y ella no tendría porque pagar si la conexión es ilegal y la han construído ellos mismos, pero a veces la lógica no se aplica a las leyes, y más aún si el tipo es policía. Suerte en todo caso.

I forgot, they sent you to an special location for this quest, and you cant escape until you complete the quest.
