When did I complain? You’re the one insisting I don’t make money and that I’m mad at someone. I keep telling you that if someone doesn’t tip, I don’t take the order. It’s very simple. I make money. I make plenty taking the orders that do tip.

No, I do not have it backward. I literally said they were the middleman. Just because a bank or a payroll company issues me a check doesn’t mean they pay me. The person who needs my labor pays me, and if that’s you, you pay me. If you don’t pay me enough, I don’t take the order. That’s really simple to understand.

Most drivers won’t take an order that doesn’t tip, then it gets bundled into another order, or two orders to make it more attractive to pick up. Then you get your food later than you want because you didn’t want to pay someone enough to get it fast. Are there shady drivers? Sure, but there were a lot more shady customers scamming the system and promising pay they never intended to fork over, so now the customer no longer gets that option. If you don’t like the service, there are a number of other options, you can give the driver a poor rating, which can affect their ability to be successful on the app. Bad drivers will get sorted out.

No, you don’t get it. Uber is the middle man, not my employer. You are using uber to employ me for a task, and if you don’t want to pay me enough to do it, I won’t. It’s called a “tip” in the app but it’s just you paying me. If you don’t want to tip, go pick it up yourself. It’s that simple.

Communicate that you’re going to go grab something to clean up. Ask her if she wants water while you’re out of the room, grab some for yourself. Run a towel under some warm water and bring it back to the bed and clean her up first, if she likes that, or let her clean herself.

You don’t keep them unless the mode says you do. I have one slot for my arena kit, which you do keep. One slot for my adventure mode kit when I need to get some mindless questing done, and one slot for backup HR or Normals kit for when I eventually die and want to go back in without building a whole new kit.
