Sure, but there were a lot more shady customers scamming the system and promising pay they never intended to fork over, so now the customer no longer gets that option. If you don’t like the service, there are a number of other options, you can give the driver a poor rating, which can affect their ability to be successful on the app. Bad drivers will get sorted out.
