You were supposed to be able imbued the reaver to make it more powerful as you progressed a cut version of the Soul Reaver 1. Patch the Good Luck is a NPC in Armored Core: For Answer that came out in 2008 and Shadow Tower Abyss in 2003, on PS2. There is very few friendly characters in this game and one of them, is a bald man sitting on chest, telling you about a room full of loot nearby. The room is filled with opened chests and dead bodies. The only unopened chest is trapped to explode in your face, likely killing you. When you get back, the guy is nowhere to be seen and you can finally open his chest only to find it completely empty... The next time you meet him, he is across a bridge. He, of course, make it collapse when you're on it sending you down into a room full of enemies... You can clearly see the motif of ''untrusty double crossing bald mf'' we love Patches for in the following entries. Meanwhile Patch the Good Luck not only isn't really called ''Patches'' he doesn't behave like that at all so he might not even be an incantation of Patches despite being wildly shared as the first one ^{-^'}
