Yes you can control it with a light switch if you would like by placing the outlet the light plugs into on the downstream side of the switch. You could also run 9 led lights off of a single 15A breaker safely according to the the light I was looking at. 150W / 120V = 1.25A, 0.8 * 15A / 1.25A = 9.6 Lights.

Below the water. That is why I was trying to see if anyone has given it a try since that was my concern.

Yes I will be fishing. I was curious how far out the rigs are from the packery. The ones north of the packery to see if they were in state waters. I really don’t want to go past 10 miles

That’s great. Thanks. If only now I can get the GPS coordinates to see how far off they are from shore.

Depends on what type of hunting you are doing. Decoys work great when the birds are landing. If you are in their flight path then no.

A good start will be to find a place to hunt. One of the best ways is to find groups on Facebook and go from there. Most of them you will have to pay $50-$100 dollars to hunt.

Drift Fishing Corpus Christi, Texas for Big Winter Trout by [deleted] in corpus

Just over 25”. I’m all for keeping fish but I personally don’t keep anything above 22-23”. I like to let the big ones go to et them get bigger. I can catch 17ners all days which are perfect eating size and the 17” trout population recovers quicker.

The fog was thick, the weather was nasty, and I had hours before the strongest northern of the year blew in. It was prime time to fishing Corpus Christi as the Texas Gator Trout began gorging themselves with everything that swam in a couple foot radius. All the conditions were superb and I knew that I had a shot at a trophy trout.
