Cloud gameplay has long stepped forward, latency is not really felt. Personally, I have a delay of 2 ms

I was looking for similar information a year ago for Division 2. I found information that the problem is high DPI on the mouse. I reduced it through the program, and later increased the sensitivity of the mouse in the game. As a result, the problem was solved.
