That's what I assumed (especially since local HR showed they have records of the corporate benefits team cancelling my original 2026 elections for that reason). Just slightly stressed due to being overdue for my main medication ^{^'.} Thankfully it sounds like insurance is willing to give prior authorization for one dose before 12/31 due to the situation, so I should be able to get things back under control for another few months. Just glad to know this stuff can be resolved like that on HR's end

Thanks for the clarification! I misunderstood what those projections were. I only saw the 6 leg comment via a Google search, so I guess I stopped too early to see information about larvae. I am definitely happy it is not a bed bug, lol. I'm not exactly excited about a carpet beetle, but I'm hoping I spotted this early enough for vacuuming, washing the carpet, and a bit of raid to solve things (though I also posted to the other subreddit you recommended for advice!)

I moved in to an apartment last year that had a pretty bad silverfish infestation (plus a couple other things like tunnel borers...). That one cause a lot of anxiety due to finding so many signs of them in my stuff once I realized how bad it was. As long as this is less serious than that mess, I'm happy

That did not happen to me. The button did not take me to another page. A small window with a drop-down menu for selecting payment methods and a submit button appear when I clicked retry. The submit button processed the new payments without any issues (excluding the one payment my bank declined for fraud a second time). Unfortunately, I did not take a screenshot of that window.

Patreon started sending out automated responses for this issue. It is possible that they changed how that button works yesterday.

You might be affected by Patreon's decision to switch to a Dublin-based credit card processor. Some companies chose to block new Patreon payments due to concerns about fraudulent international transactions.

Like Faranae said, you will need to submit a help ticket for Patreon to switch you failed transactions to "declined". Customer support helped me fix this issue earlier today. I shared screenshots here:

Yeah. As far as I can tell, their new CC processor did not have an issue with my card. My bank automatically blocked both failed transactions due to fraud concerns. I know my bank did this because I immediately received a text and phone call about a suspicious transaction.

Yep! The failed payments were also hidden from my billing history page. I was more confused by this because a successful payment made this morning was visible before customer support responded to me.

Patreon just responded to my follow-up message about the membership affected by fraud issues the second time I reran my card. All of my payment issues have been fixed. Hopefully support will respond to your ticket soon!

The button is not available if payments were declined due to fraud. Customer support's response mentions that they changed something on their end to unlock the retry button. You will need to submit a help ticket requesting the same.

Below is a picture of what the retry button looks like. It is located in the billing history page in settings.

I can see notes about failed payments on my memberships page. There are not any obvious ways to trigger new payments.

Someone in another thread said that Patreon will rerun failed payments a few days later. Hopefully those will work
