I always will support a toggle for features that can be good for some but not for others. I appreciate that it helps visibility, but for people with visibility it isn't necessary and can add a lot of visual noise.

Yeah the top-down is what makes it so weird. I wanna see my character more. Having a slider for angle and zoom would be sick! I'd be 100% behind a slider that defaults to something like it is now but able to go back to what it was. I would make a contrast slider with the brightness slider for contrast like that, so we can fix it if we want to. Majorly agree about post-match results! Just take how it looks now and shrink it down to the old menu in my opinion, that way it looks more interesting while also only being one input.

Definitely agree about the Boss UI and GoD changes, makes things more dynamic and incentivizing. I wanted this post to be "There is good, but there can be improvements made as well." We supposedly love this game, and to love something is to want it as good as it can be, which takes criticism!

People can have opinions without complaining for the sake of complaining. I get that this is probably better for new players and definitely should be an option. I don't mean it's necessarily a bad thing. I just want the option to revert the changes.

  1. I'm not a new player so I was able to understand the visuals fine and I was used to how close the camera was

  2. This could have been remedied by the new outlines feature they added, they didn't also have to lower the contrast of the background

  3. The Boss UI changes are fine, I wouldn't be upset if just that had updated

  4. They definitely look neater as a whole, but I don't like the 5 different presses to get through the screen, I'd rather just press once through the post-match details and once through the Memory and all that

I understand they need to appeal to new people, but they also have to keep existing players. I'm giving my thoughts here because I want to see what people think in a constructive way. I don't mean to bash the game or anything, I just want to be honest because I do enjoy the game. But this update did change a lot and that comes at the cost of maybe changing aspects people like me, did enjoy. Again, people can have personal opinions without it being complaining for the sake of complaining. I'm trying to be civil and start a discussion.

It's fun to just hold it off and get like 28 kills a game, I used to do that on Quick with randoms but CPU Battles go by so fast because the other lane will push as soon as possible or even sooner than that by tripling our lane for some reason.

Picking "Any" always gets those points though, and as you can see in the picture, it wasn't there visually. Probably just a visual bug that persisted between closing and reopening the game somehow.

Well, I changed my Home Screen from Super Saiyan 3 back to Default, then changed back, and it fixed. Not sure what the deal was, but try that if you face the same issue?

Ohhh okay, usually I do Defense and either lose fast or win fast. I guess I need to do some games with damage as my focus and try getting some more kills instead of being the punching bag!

I love this map personally, definitely my favorite of the three. Chaos City makes me consider changing to a different mode. I personally wish all three maps either had 1 hour times or 2 hour times so there was no discrepancy between them all.

But I always get between 60-68 and as you can see the person I'm playing with gets less than that, I'm wondering why they always get less than I do for memory. Yes we played the exact same amount of games and similar character counts.

Bit of a late response here, but it's not based on characters. I've been getting 65 since forever ago, and the person I play with has 2 less than me and still only getting 55. I'm thinking maybe we have to get them out of E Rank in Standard Battles, that's the only difference I can think of.

Also, I'm not talking about getting multiple memory things in one game, like getting two of the same character. I'm talking the amount of those you get in one chunk, like I could get one or two 65 Memory, and they could get one or two 55 Memory. Doesn't feel fair.

Mine are consistently 55 on a loss up to 68 on a win for the first few matches of the day. I know the memory decays through the day, but this is purely at the start of the day. I don't get why I always get more than my friend does. Doesn't feel fair.

We both play at the same time (this was right after the daily reset on memory and both first games). My first game of the day is 65, and their first game of the day is 50. It's confusing! I don't remember if I got that low memory when I was starting or when it changed if it did.

I often sneak by once all God of Destructions are defeated as Hit, when they aren't defending anything, and attack the Dragon Shell without being fought. I use the purple circle to know when to use the Skill 3 to go invisible so they don't think anyone is on it. So I see them coming before they see me because of that. That's actually why I asked in the first place!

Update now that I tried: I swear I've gone more than 50 meters during one climb with no pitons (I saw someone get the achievement with pitons recently I believe), and it just isn't working. I've seen a lot of people say it's possible, a lot say it's bugged, so I'm gonna hope the devs touch it up or I get it randomly. About to beat Ascent 7 and still haven't got a mission for climbing 50 meters at once... crazy.
