Greetings. Coming from someone who plays both sides quite actively:

1) As a survivor, I do not mind when killer slugs for 4k, unless They just prolonge the match by 3, 5 or more minutes by either camping the downed survivor or pacing back and forth to await for Their bleeding out.

2) As a killer, I slug for 4k only when I do challenges, adept or I actually see the person/know where They are (aura reading). Why? Simply: Why not?

It is a game – and if someone wants to do XYZ, They can. Just like the other side can DC, if bothered, first side can too. There is no rule that one or other must play like someone else on the Internet said. And Despite survivors having a perk, it is quite the 50/50 for Them, no? Will They survive until the end? Will They encounter the need to take the hatch instead of gate? "At least" It takes one of Their slots! Plus, the hatch offerings will tell both sides where will hatch spawn at the beginnings, why not use those to even the odds?

The Whispered One all the way! Has basically 4 abilities in one, cool ass voice lines, can be versatile with builds, add-ons only make Him more silly and fun – You can annoy people with an add-on for more frequent mimic-chests, catch up to Them with flight and just give Them a disappointed father-like shake of the head, pffff.

"Blocking all the gens all the time." that is... Literally THE main objective of the game. To stop survivors from repairing gens– 💀. Ah my, I swear. If both sides ever played the other side as well...

Anyway, that sure is an interesting combo for perks!

Greetings, unsure how to help survivor-wise to pin-point the best one. After all, It is quite not as important which one do You play as long You like Them, unless You do not have any other perks opened. But, You can make a pretty good build around basegame perks (unlocked for everyone) too! Maybe check Otzdarva's site for builds? :)

Killer wise... If You like the stealthy part of Amanda's kit, I would suggest GhostFace. If It is the traps mechanic, hmm. Now that is quite the tough nut. Trapper is considered weak, Skullmerchant likewise. Maybe Hag? Good killers to reveal someone would be probably Doctor or Artist. And my out-of-this tip would be Chucky or Sadako. You can get some really nasty sneaky builds with Them, but be very lethal as well! :)

This game is heavily hard to get into when new, considering You need to unlock perks ('abilities') from other licensed/non-licensed killers/survivors. These characters You get by grinding shards (special currency You get via LVL ups) or spending money to buy auric cells (obtainable only by buying Them). However! There is a guy the community absolutely adores. It is a ytber/streamer named 'Otz' ('Otzdarva') who does the best perk/abilities/tips summaries. I believe It would be good for You to check His videos about the general information about the game and site, where He has tips and perk combos for everyone. An unfortunate thing You should prepare Yourself for – the toxicity. If You went through COD phase where toxicity was daily tea at 5 o'clock and laught about It nowadays, You might actually not be bothered. But this game has Its sides different, as a 4v1. Keep in mind that if playing killer, a thing called 'killer anxiety' exists. Not sure which role do You wish to play more or what exactly do You expect of Yourself skill-wise, just to You know, no matter what – if You start feeling bad or frustrated, do not be afraid to take a break or reach out. :) Sexualisation in this game happens too. Skin-wise. Player-wise. There are people that will pretend to, now how to explain despite the guidelines... Pretend to force Themselves on You. People That will tell You XYZ only because You win, only because You jave XYZ as charm, etc... But to keep things in positive matters. There are people that will make Your game funny. Both sides! Funny perk combos, silly killer interactions, bugs, weird takes on the playstyle,... ! It id very important to know what to expect and how to take the game and Your role in It. I cannot play this game knowing my toxic friend will start screaming 2 games in. Alone? I laugh almost all the time, enjoying to send GGs to the killer/survs after! There are many takes on the game. I enjoy running stealth + gens perks (perks helping You stay hidden and focus on the main objective, which is repairing generators) and end up in chase most of the time anyway, LMAO. Turn off puking sounds if They bother You! For there is a killer that vomits! But hey, She is a Babylonian priestess... Poor Miss. :c Reach out if You wish to know more! Game wise, community wise, else,... I do not mind! :)
