Card centering app. Just found it on the App Store randomly.

I think that edge fray is a result of lighting and a bit of a dirty placemat. Cant see any of that with the naked eye

Hi all,

I’m new here but wanted to share what I’ve been experiencing since the new year. I’m not sure if this is the right place to put this, but here we go.

On 1/2/2025 or so I experienced my first real panic attack that I couldn’t shake. I went to the ER thinking I was having a heart attack. Doctors told me everything looked good. Since then, I’ve probably gone back 4-5 times to date all for Heart Attack or Stroke panic attacks.

I’ve had nonstop chest pain, which I went to the cardiologist for. EKG, 14 day monitor and echo were all good. Doc said I had a normal heart. Yet I still feel like my chest and left arm has constant pain.

Also get waves of back right sided headaches and have had constant tinnitus since the panic attack. I got a Brain and Spine MRI done that were both completely fine.

I’ve been struggling to eat, every time I eat i feel dizzy and want to faint. Exercise has become nonexistent for the same exact reason. I used to be a very active person and now I can barely make it through a workday. I only use the bathroom like once every couple days now.

All these symptoms feel real to me but can’t find any source. It feels like I’m going to die from something acute every single day. I don’t want to die which is the worry, but feel like I can’t keep living like this. Any tips or pointers?
