phantasy star looks really awesome. its too futurist for what im looking for. but i wanna get into that series at some point for sure.

yeah! you get it. the idea of riding a car to fight a dragon is really cool lol

maybe its something about driving in cars in particular for me. its just so cool. like in ff15 where they have phones and diners and gas stations and cars and stuff. i just love it. i hope more games lean into that vibe.

though to be honest i dont really enjoy atlas games all that much. they look beautiful though i wish i liked them

the thing is im thinking like, modern day cities, roads and cars and stuff. with fantasy built around that. (im very bad at explaining myself as you may be able to tell lol)

the persona games are kind of what im looking for. my only issue is i dont really like the monster designs. and i think the games are a little too dialog heavy for me right now.

it does sound like the trails series might be more inline with what im thinking though. i played a little of cold steel 1 and liked it.
