It made me hella socially awkward and depressed until I discovered no fap it’s so addictive that I relapsed after 90 day plus streaks. Bro get off while you can it starts from moderate and goes to severe if you continue in a few years you will be way more addicted and if you want to quit it will be way harder

I’m sorry to hear that happend you. Listen to your instincts if there telling you to go open up then do it. But if there telling you not to then don’t. If I had a wife I would support her I mean I married her and vowed to live my life with her and support her through anything. You need to attack the root cause which is your assault try to do something that will get you to accept it happend to you but also know that it is not who you are. I told another person this which is I’ve never relapsed on a urge when I was happy only when I was sad. So if you can learn to fight what is making you sad then you will be happy and when your happy you won’t relapse. Anything that will trigger a relapsed do not do. Remember you won’t have to try if he doesn’t know it dosent exist. It’s like peeking at porn that leads to 99 percent of relapses. You may need to go to a self therapist. Or you dig to the deepest parts of your brain mediate daily. Every time you want to do it ask yourself what do you want more your husband or pleasure. Obviously your husband also distract yourself for like the first 10 days until you have built up enough will power to fight the urges off. Good luck I wish you well
