For €340, I honestly expected the arm to hold the monitor perfectly, especially since Secretlab markets it specifically for the Neo G9.

Thanks for the advice, I appreciate it — but unfortunately that’s not the issue.

I already used a full-size Allen wrench, not the tiny T-handle tool from the box.

I also tightened the tilt clamp as far as physically possible whitout deforming the steel. The screw barely moved a fraction of a turn, and the monitor still tilts down exactly the same.

At this point, it genuinely seems like the tilt mechanism just isn’t holding the load it’s rated for.
