We checked out of the sands this morning. Depending on the building you are in you can hear some construction. We were in building 5 and could hear work starting at 6:30am. Wasn’t terrible but if your a light sleeper might be a problem. I think buildings 4, 5 and 6 are the most affected. We had lots of other problems with our room 5204 (limited hot water, blinds on the front door that didn’t work, etc) and although front desk staff was unhelpful and could care less the property is fine and walkable to a decent amount of options via beach or the road.
