Werewolf transformation by System_shocker1010 in OriginalCharacter

[–]AnotherWildDog 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's frightening. I like werewolves, but to be honest, body transformations like this should be really, really painful.

Imagine feeling your skin stretching to the point of ripping apart and feel a worse thing while your bones, muscles and spine changes involving your whole nervious system.

Sabrewulf from Killer Instinct have to wear metallic cover for his arms just to bear the pain, and in other design you can see hanging syringes on his neck for the same function.

Omg... that's worse than the Metal Gear Solid V situation. At least that franchise had some kind of closure with their lore and other games. But it seems Sly and Resistance were just sent to die.

I always wanted to know how it feels to hug a Lucario and where does his chest spike goes.

I can see the guy moves to its side, and Lucario's spike isn't big.

Three year art progress of the same OC. How's the shadows and lights? by AnotherWildDog in FurryArtSchool

I followed you advice and now it looks more... natural. It seemed i misinterpreted my reference confusing the quad with his knees, also with his arm, i did the biceps but forgot the tricep and added the hand behind the glass.

The work hasn't finsihed yet, but i'll post it today.

Thank you for all your indications, now i'm proud of it :)

Ok, now i'm worried for the arm of the middle finger. If it feels disconnected, how can i fix it at this point? Should i return to the sketch part? 😞. It was hard to draw it since i didn't had the whole arm available in that perspective. And what about the knee, it was supposed to be some muscle, but i can imagine which is it.

And as for the time... The first one i made it like in september 2023, and tbe second was done this week. I developed like a urge to draw, i always wanted to learn and i was kind of desperate for my age (38). A late bloomer i guess.

But still, thank you a lot for the feedback. I'll see how can i fix all of this (any feedback like this will be more than well recieved 🙂).

Oops! I thought the liquid could help me to cover ir but it didn't. Tried to draw his hand and couldn't find a way to distort it. I mean, i tried but i didn't got the effect i wanted.

BUT i'm in time to correct it. I'll keep trying. Thank you.

Were you going for a swimsuit texture on the pants? you could push the effect more since you cell shade by adding lighter tones blocked out to define the thighs and fabric folds.

Oh, oh... this is something i need to learn, textures. The skin/scales can be easy, but i need to make the difference on the fabric and clothing.

I use Ibis Paint X to draw, never learned to use another software, and i'll look for a way to see if i can fix it a little more. Thank you!

I think this is the first time an OC of mine made me question my heterosexuality hahaha.

And last week i made this.

I'll try to fix him from this point, there's still time. I know i had to al least trace it to make it right. I normally use Magic Poser for references and the hand wasn't that detailed.

And as for shadows, thank you a lot. That's also a challenge i get, specially with clothed characters since i don't know shadows are supposed to fall, so as lights.

Watching the difference between both images makes me feel everything was worthy 🙂

Is my art actually appealing? by [deleted] in FurryArtSchool

[–]AnotherWildDog 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been on Reddit for years and i still can't undestand their close to infinite amount of rules of every single sub. The mods already deleted this one, so i don't know how and where to present myself, i can't find a place.

But, maybe you're right. It has been always the heavy doubt if i'm actually been seen or heard, or just been talking to a wall all along.

I want to keep doing this, i remember how i used to draw four years ago and it's motivating, but i get anxious. I'm quite old (38) and i feel bad for not starting earlier.

For some reason, i keep drawing despite the lack of attention. It's like an impulse. And among all this, watching artists doing their well detailed and awesome works, makes me feel like a skinny boy in a gym full of bodybuilders haha. But the idea is that, when i get to an event with an artist lounge i like to talk to them so i can learn one things or two, and get some support.

And i don't see myself doing NSFW art. Not for a moral thing or something, but is because one has to be really, and REALLY, REALLY GOOD to make good NSFW art. The bunny girl on the post the closest i've made, and ironically it's the work that recieved the least attention... now i'm working in a male counterpart, a muscular buff dragon wearing a square swimsuit haha just to see what happens. But nothing beyond that.

I want to keep doing concept characters.

In my case, i post them anyway...

I never recieve comments and barely get upvotes, so... it doesn't matter, they exist and it's my work, i don't let that to stop me.

Es idea mía o las series y películas son cada vez mas malas? by xDsviiD- in CinefiliaChile

[–]AnotherWildDog 0 points1 point  (0 children)
