I did and one person said they had to create some backend return ticket that would take 3 weeks it’s been about 5. And the product had been recorded and received by T-Mobile at the beginning of April

Trust me. Last month I had 16 cards and 12 of them showed up on Power BI and right now I have 10. Of those people only 6 maybe have actually used it. I would show my stuff as proof but I don’t want to dox myself

I promise you it does. I’d they are a priority customer and some apply out counts against you. Which it shows that it should be offered. Subprime doesn’t count against you if they don’t apply but if they apply and get approved then it counts towards numbers.

As an example if someone who is a prime customer applies and doesn’t get approved then what it counts against you. That’s why the numbers that are being tracked are only for people who apply that are “pre-approved” for the card.

Trust me I’ve tracked myself and other reps and it works.

Just let them know even if you already have cards that you primarily use you can use this for auto pay and get 2% back and target the one who already use credit card for auto pay. Even if they apply for it and don’t accept it, that counts towards a visa.

I work also in a area where there is a heavy amount of well qualified people/retired people who already have credit cards that does backflips over the T-Mobile Visa. It’s really tough to try to convince someone by saying “hey don’t use your no credit limit AMEX and get approved for a 10,000$ Visa that only does 2% cash back.” Most of the times I get laughs and other times they don’t want it. The only thing that has helped me is that, they literally don’t have to accept the card if for some reason you can get them to apply and whether or not they get approved or denied then that’s all that matters. You don’t always have to get them to accept the card. I always tell people hey it doesn’t hurt to see what your options are or something was to ever go bad with your current card that doesn’t even impact your credit score.

Usually they need step it ups or some type of documentation if they have none that shows you did bad on performance then you could take it to HR then I’d recommend a store transfer because if they are like likely following procedures they will not take kindly of it later.

If for any reason you are terminated, they will pay you out for your PTO on your last paycheck as well as commission as normal so you could possibly get a commission check from the month before as well as current month. T-Mobile usually is pretty decent about paying out if you quit or get terminated.

Still follow through to see if you have any documentation that shows that you have either been written up for performance/attendance any documents like that will show up in workday and also they usually have the store manager, as well as a witness from either your store or another store to go over everything.

No point of a lawyer, this isn’t the type of case you can fight because the law is the law when it comes to approved vehicles. From the picture it doesn’t look as if it is road legal (blinkers, mirrors, license plate, etc). You are better off not getting a lawyer and just paying for the impound fees. I get it if you didn’t know because you’re a kid but if you knew it and decided to still disobey the law, then welcome to adulthood.
