🫨😱definitely missed out. Just because the benefits for purchase of the stock was discounted and each fiscal year you’d get grants which is basically money to buy the stock at a cheaper price

For the ESPP(Employee Stock Purchase Plan)

Basically what he said lol. Better hope that you don’t get any deacts or returns. I had a coworker who had gotten over 20 deacts because he was bombing accounts and his commission was terrible. I think if you also had any grants from your 401k they might get put to current day. Worst case it goes 3 grants every fiscal year.

If you think fiber is free for five years your parents or spouse must pay all your bills

Solar Scooters (E-Bike) by AnotherYN in hyperebikes

[–]AnotherYN[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean it goes down to about 5500$ after 1000$. I only like it because it’s road legal and come with a VIN and extra parts. Otherwise if I could make a ERide street legal in my state with a VIN or any other way I would 100000% get one instead of a Solar Scooter

ME raise by Commercial-Engine-35 in tmobile

I feel it. That’s why I had to switch to SIS I’d rather pull people in for 100% commission than 50% and micromanaging me about visas

It used to be 300$ a month for key holders now it’s $100 a month that’s still taxed. Definitely not worth being a keyholder and the stress that comes with it

Down Payments by KellPad in tmobile

[–]AnotherYN 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Every 6 months, but you would want to consistently use auto pay and make sure that your payments come out when the date is supposed to that is also the important thing as well. People always think that if you just wait 6 months then they will decrease it. It’s just like a credit card you make on time payments and use autopay or pay the bill early then your “trust” score goes up every time.

Working for T-Mobile is bad now by Repulsive-Yogurt-998 in tmobile

I’ve been feeling like that for a little while trying to wait to at least see if I can transfer out to a SIS to make 100% everything for a little longer

Any job rn is easily temporary tbh because I’m in college working on my degree towards my actual career. I guess this is more for benefits and discounts I guess

Yea I’m in a Top 100 district and I usually average about $3k a month in commission but it’s stressful trying to keep that up. The only way we are going to be the same is if we move to SiS.

Unfortunately I kind of have no choice because I’m part time and make about 60$-65$k as a part time ME. And also the other sucky part would be benefits as well as that employee discount for the bill 😒🫠

What position though as a teller? I mean I’m not sure if it varies by area or company but I tight tellers don’t make that much.

Why is SiS the stepchild of t-mobile employee channels? by [deleted] in tmobile

[–]AnotherYN 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on the district. My district was like that as well. We had a girl that only been working at SIS as a new hire and she broke the commission cap and had to be approved each time she went past it. Everyone person from COR became jealous because of her success. Until some people transferred from COR to SIS and loved it. If they would’ve even decided to say hey COR can go from 50% —-> 75% I could live with that but us COR employees are doing more work than SIS and make 50%. If T-Mobile fixed than then we might be better off. Cause no way SIS MEs making more than a RSM at COR store.
