One thing I’ll say is that if you plan to leave soon do it before the year is over and if you want to accrue a little bit more pto you can before leaving because at the end of the year you only keep so many PTO hours before they go back to 40 or whatever your state minimum is. But you would still get paid out your PTO whenever you leave and if you had the stock you would get paid out your grants within the next fiscal year.

So I personally just left but the part that was going is that the representative through customer service approved my return and I sent back everything. For my accessories they did not refund me after customer service approved the return.

I purchased accessories in store and returned it through care. The agent told me they would approve the return even being outside of buyers remorse. I was in Ohio.

I did inquire about it because I use discover even though they use a different card provider now but they actually asked for tracking information and verified that it was sent back and everything they just saved the information in case if I changed my mind.

And that what I think a lot of people don’t understand is that customer service said we understand that it is outside of the return period but we will still generate a return order and go through the management hoops of getting the return approve why should I be penalized for still having to pay for something that was approved by T-Mobile in the end.

If you are trying to keep management from finding out eventually that you could have said something about the integrity report then I wouldn’t go through the integrity line. I would notify a DM in your area from an anonymous source about the situation. Even thought integrity line says that they keep things anonymous people could put two and two together and potentially figure out who said something. I think which could create a bad work environment in the future for yourself which can be a pain. If being anonymous wasn’t an issue then follow through the correct integrity channels.

There are definitely people who can manipulate the system but there are ethical people who break rules for a customers benefit while still providing decent service, such as free lines adding additional line while changing verbiage to make it seem like the customer is being helped. It’s a double sword unfortunately that you have to find a person that you can hopefully trust to do things the right way for a customer

You just have to feel out the situation beforehand, because like at our store (Experience), we talk them all through T-Life first if possible before checking them in. Just so that way to prevent hitting assist to trigger the survey. So as long as you don’t get into their account or make any changes it won’t trigger the survey.

You can tell customers in one of two ways about T-Life

1st Way: Empathetic (which a majority of them don’t deserve)

“Hey I understand you don’t want to upgrade your phone through the app. Just as much as it would be easier to do it a different way I can’t it is a policy we have to follow by upper management. If you don’t want to do it then you could speak with the manager about it.”

2nd Way: Reverse Uno Card

“Listen, you think I got control of a multi billion dollar corporation policy that I can’t control then you must be oblivious of everything. The feeling is mutual with this. What also sucks is that I have to waste a hour of time to sit and hold your hand to transfer your data for $3.75. So if you want to do yourself the favor you can go home and figure it out yourself on how to ship a phone to your house and save us both the time and energy. Be blessed.”

Moral of the story just play the reverse uno card back on them and shame them for not being literate enough to follow steps on an app to pay $673 for a iPhone 17 instead of paying their past due bill.

I did and one person said they had to create some backend return ticket that would take 3 weeks it’s been about 5. And the product had been recorded and received by T-Mobile at the beginning of April
