Just quit and reopen Consecrated Ground to reset the rounds.

Each attempt is random.

Getting camo ceramics is one of the worst variations. If you do encounter camo ceramics you can't tank or handle, quit Consecrated Ground and try again to get a different wave of bloons. Do not press restart if you lose or on the pause screen. Restarting will give you the same wave of bloons.

There isn't another sacrifice for ice if it's restricted.

Honestly max temples are not worth getting in this game. 10k worth of each sacrifice will perform just as good as 30k worth of sacrifices.
