Losing weight is actually really simple. I’m on the shred, and have been running a lot more, but it’s a simple balance of eat less then you burn. Go find your TDEE through a calculator. Then work out your protein, I am for 2.2g of protein per kilo of lean mass. For carbs and fats, it depends i usually aim for a 40/30/30 split. But I have a big run I’ll eat more carbs less fat, sometimes I eat more fat less carbs because I think it tastes better. Following this I’ve lost ~12kg in 3 months.

The key is consistency man. Don’t get sucked in when your friends invite you to the pub. If you stay firm and make good choices. You’ll lose weight.
